I LOVE SHOPPING ON CHAPEL STREET @ 9:13 PM

Thats only when I'm not there when just 3 stores are open!
Yesterday was such a waste, going to eat and then shopping on Chapel was the plan.
That plan didn't go so well when we spent over 3 hours eating and ALL the shops on Chapel Street CLOSED.
It was nice looking at all the windows..really 8(
